2nd Bio: Still just as evil as ever, But hes only become stronger after being re-created by Dark Plague. Now the only way to kill Voltzer can only be done by Dark Plague's power. To make up for failing her the first time, He has made a plan of his own to take control of Sapphire by himself to prove his long time love for Dark Plague. Even though he has been told it many times, She is married. But that isnt going to stop Voltzer from begging for her hand in marriage. He isnt worried about anything really. After being killed the first time by Voltz (me) his re-creation has been filled with overwhelming dark power themed of thunder like me. his black thunder is extremely painful and more dangerous than Voltz' (me) it can fataly paralyze anyone or anything it touches. Nobody can ever lay a finger on Voltzer. You never know what it may cost. His glowing red eyes also cause hypnotism to get his way with women or whatever else he wants. so look out!
